Privacy Policy

What we collect

When you send the order form we receive the details you type in: your name, phone number, email address, the date you need the cake, how many people it should serve, the flavor, your design idea, and any photo you choose to upload. If you text us, we also see your phone number and your message.

How we use it

We use this information to reply to you, give you a quote, and make and deliver your cake. We do not use it for anything else.

What we do not do

We do not sell your information, rent it, or share it for advertising. We do not run advertising trackers on this site.

Who sees it

Your request is emailed to us and stored in our email. Our website is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes basic technical data, such as your IP address, so the site can load and stay secure. We may also need to share your details with someone who helps us complete your order, for example a delivery driver, and only what is needed for that.

Photos you send

Photos you upload are used only to help us design your cake. We do not post a photo you sent us without asking you first.

Cookies

This site does not use cookies for tracking or advertising.

How long we keep it

We keep order details only as long as we need them to complete your order and answer questions afterward, then we delete them.

Children

This site is for adults ordering cakes. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information we have about you at any time. Just text us at (219) 370-6473 between 9 AM and 9 PM Central, or send a message through the order form.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version.
